I never called anyone retarded.
And no you're not doing it right.
Putin is a dictator who took away the freedom of the press and many other rights Russians had for a brief bit. He also heads a government that castrates prisoners of war amongst many other atrocities. While the Pentagon and other organizations are corrupt and bad for are country we are a mostly free country and should hold a much larger pass than Putin.
Our border is in shambles, our law enforcement is ducked, our 3 letter agencies are biased both ways depending. That has nothing to do with the terrorist state of Russia. Almost everybody debates with a whataboutism so nothing gets fixed. Crips and the Bloods suck.

This just isn't true.
They're refurbishing T-64 and T-55s. They're yanking artillery barrels off old "artillery pieces" and putting them on refurbished new ones. The old ones (barrels) aren't accurate and are shorter range. They have a really tough time making barrels.
Do you have anything else you want to make up?
Oh yeah forgot about the T-30's. They count them too, in there tanks produced count. I mean Stalin was still young when those were made. No tanks get modern scopes/targeting. What else ya got?
