Uh-oh MLB stepped in it

What does MLB get out of anti-trust protection exactly? Does it prevent any of the independent minor leagues from potentially elevating to major league status?

I wouldn’t mind a non-woke major league right about now.

I wish we lived in a world where the GOP pushed back in real ways. This is just more meaningless posturing so the GOP can say we tried as they spam your email begging for more money.

I support the right of private business to spend their money however they see fit. With that said, MLB is a gov't sponsored monopoly and, in effect, they are an arm of the gov't. It's the equivalent of the Fed Gov't withholding funds because the State has done something they disagree with.

Let’s see how this plays out.

I hope it has teeth, but I am glad the messaging of what GA law is and compared to other states at the very least.
