I’ve always said that if you put conservatism/Americanism side by side with any leftist progressive ideology the progressive ideology is exposed as wholly nonsensical and worthless.

You can have a conversation with a conservative when it comes to politics and not get yelled at or argue with a liberal if you don’t agree with them. I have a friend who is a moderate liberal and he said he can’t talk politics with his wife because she would automatically side with the left on the situation. He said talking politics with me is easy because we can actually have a conversation whether we agree or disagree.
