I know what I’m looking at now. Those are all file extensions.

Edit: extensions might not be the right word, but basically it’s a file directory. Each one of those is a file in a directory

Yes. There are ways to access files on your computer not using normal pathways. You can actually call specific directories on you hard drive and it will list all the files in the directory. That’s what this is. It’s a directory and those are all files with the directory.
