But it SHOULD be enforced EXACTLY the same way in favor of EVERY copyright owner.
Private ownership is rather a cornerstone of libertarian ideology. Yes, I understand that this troubles you Trump sycophants.
Feel free to run a search. I have taken the same position EVERY time that this sort of issue arises. As I recall, the last time involved discussion of that ubiquitous photo of the guy walking with one pretty girl and doing a double-take to stare at another.
