Yes but thats because they are switching power plants from coal to gas

Chinas increase in pollution, thats increase not total, their increase is offsetting all the rest of the worlds decreases. So the solution, punish the rest of the world more with cold showers and freezing them during the winter.

I concur simply boycott all goods from china til they comply, and by the way their water pollution is worse than what they are doing to the air.
