You're citing a single example, but one that was proven to be bullshite. They made allegations that he did things when he wasn't even in the area. He successfully sued them for defamation after the fact (settled out of court).
The Satanic Panic was more than just that one example.

Plenty of court documents show that Aquinos was the mastermind behind military SRA daycare centers.
There was even a court order to have him extradited to the Phillipeans for murder of SRA that killed.

This is not true
There were allegations and he was sued. He won that lawsuit and no prosecutions happened because like with SRA allegations in the Satanic Panic, there wasn't any evidence to support the allegations.
