I actually think that is the right play. Talk tough and act like you have the military ready to roll, but don't really do anything unless a governor begs for help. The minute the military kills someone, everyone will paint it as his Kent State moment.

I guess I don’t know where your anger comes from here. I just saw it as a speech to try and push states to do what’s right by their citizens, and if not then he will do what’s necessary. I don’t think anyone really wants federal troops in American cities, but I don’t think he is bluffing either. I think he will do it if they don’t do something and quick.
