Everyone look at this. Trump’s SEC just recently submitted a proposal to the OMB (see Summary here), which would open up access to private investments for retail investors!
After the outrage expressed by this board over the recent EU SIU proposals, I wanted to bring this to your attention.
They’re coming after your savings accounts and 401(k)s. This cannot stand!!! Please rage with me over this blatant communism by the Trump administration!!!!

Bottom line: This could eventually give everyday investors much easier access to private equity/private companies—potentially a significant expansion of the investment universe, but with fewer protections and less transparency than public markets.

That’s exactly what I’m worried about. They say that they’re giving me a voluntary option, but this is really just a facade for them forcibly taking my savings and using it to pay for the Iran war and alien disclosures. And probably Epstein file matters too.
