Those skinny drugs are fricking insane. I had already thought the hype surrounding them was exaggerated.. but then my 300lb neighbor started taking one of them, and she now weighs 110lb. A year to lose 190lb. She still lazy as hell though, and doesn't have the work ethic of someone who naturally stays in shape.. so she used surgery to get rid of all the nasty skin flaps. Her arms, legs, stomach... look like she's related to Frankenstein's monster m.

I'm on Ozempic, went from 290 to 255 in 4 months on keto diet, got off keto gained the weight back, but I was walking alot, messed up my back more than likely helped the wt. Gain back. Will say the way it helps you control blood sugar is a miracle, Imo.
