I know the difference between a felony and a federal crime. We covered that pretty efficiently my first year at LSU Law. That was probably around the same time your teacher was making you sit in the corner for stuffing square pegs into your round hole.

Wrong. These are misdemeanors at the state level NOT federal. All of these cases have already been decided. Oh yeah, and he won't them all. Good Luck

And the wheels of justice can turn really slow down as it heads to trial. By the time pretrial hearings and appeals on hearings are done, it could be mid 2024 just in time for the general election before going to an actual trial.
Trump’s Attorneys should move that Trump cannot get a fair trial in NYC and get a different jury pool from upstate New York, where at least there are a few more MAGA Republicans. A NYC jury is libel to convict in 5 minutes. Remember all 12 jurors need to vote to convict or it’s a hung jury and a mistrial is declared.

I am 100% sure they will attempt this...but the judge hates Trump probably more than the AD does, so this will not get moved. Wonder what is going to happen when we see how much this Judge has donated to democrats, guessing he wont recuse himself like the left calls for all the time
