I have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a lot of people do not. Furthermore, those that don't, for whatever reason, don't like those who do.
Sheep like to have everything explained to them and they will believe obvious lies before sitting with and pondering the unknown. The unknown literally scares them.
It's really funny watching their retarded little brains try to put every unknown into a neat little wrapped up box too. Like, if you say something like, "nobody can satisfactorily explain how they lifted 1,000 ton stones into the air. What's interesting is that a whole lot of ancient myths say they sang the stones into place" their little retard brains turn that into, "this guy says they sang stones into place!" Their feeble minds literally cannot comprehend ambiguity. It must have an explanation and everyone must toe the line.

Right. And I'm not even trying to do that. Just bringing information along for discussion as this is a discussion board. Sheep also have a hard time understanding that that is what discussion boards are for. Actually discussing topics. Their retard brains, again, think interesting information passed along is an automatic endorsement of whatever it is presented and can be shouted down, corrected with insults, etc.

I don't know if I'd consider him an intellectual. I'd consider him someone that posts a lot of terrible threads and immediately gets defensive when people call him out on it.

To be frank, your understanding of several fields is impressive. However, your understanding is based on known principles. You rarely entertain abstract ideas outside of your box. I would not call you an intellectual. You are grounded in the known understanding.

I've thrown out a few ideas briefly on here before. One of the rabbit holes I went down a while back was with Donald Hoffman's ideas about reality and conscious realism and interface theories of perception. Seeing as how those topics aren't inherently political I don't see much need in discussing them here.

It's pretty hilarious, really.
He thinks that as long as he refrains from saying the words, "I believe this," then no one can accuse him of being the crack pot that he obviously is no matter how obvious it is that he really does believe these things.
His post claiming that people were going to be indicted a couple of weeks ago Friday, for example.
"I was just passing along information, I never said it was going to happen," is supposed to convince people that he really wasn't trying to get his non-prediction prediction on the record so that if it did happen he'd look like he was in the know and on the cutting edge of knowledge.
Same thing with those ridiculous UFO threads. Trump announces that he's going to reveal "the truth" and he starts multiple threads telling us that aliens live in another parallel dimension to ours and that they started visiting us after we dropped the bombs in Japan because they "don't like it" when we use nuclear weapons.
He's always trying to predict something edgy that will make him look like a smart guy if it happens, but then always retreats to, "Well I never said it was going to happen, I'm just passing along information."
Look, I'm just happy he didn't deny the alter this time. We may be inching toward some intellectual honesty, but at least we're headed in the right direction now.

Furthermore, I don't shy away from stating what I believe to be true. If I believe something strongly, I'll state it as if it's a fact. If I don't, I won't. It's really just that simple.
I understand that you're relatively new to the poliboard despite having been on this site for several years, but if you had actually been around for awhile, you would know that I don't mind making positive claims when I truly feel something is the case, even if others don't agree. When I don't, I'll share information I find interesting, but I won't state something as a fact.
I know that chaps your arse, but the simple fact of the matter is I don't claim the things you keep trying to say I claim. You're just either dishonest, or fricking stupid. Or both.
