If Trump was in any way implicated in this the Dims would’ve already released it when they were in power. They are power hungry and will do anything to keep or regain power.

It is very wise to call and offer what you know. You can then technically say an informant. No one really knows if you have been an informant all along.
Now the media will move along on JE. They only care if they can nail DJT. The Massie's will still feign they "care" just to be divisive keeping MAGA pissed at Bondi, Patel, Bongino and binders.

Sure. I never claimed what Trump did or didn’t know. I was pointing out why “informant” was a poor word choice from Mike Johnson for anyone unfamiliar with the distinction. If Trump was simply offering what he knew, better terms would have been “source” or “cooperating witness.” The point is, if Johnson’s goal was to exonerate Trump, he undermined it by making a poor word choice.
