One had the obligation to offer guidance based on what was happening. And obligation to Guidance is all the power he had.
The others had the power in the state to do so and NOBODY forced them to do it. Show me WHERE he was forced to lock down because I can show you 7 states that NEVER issued those stay at home orders.
If this is the game we are going to play with COVID, then we will damn sure play it.

I have already made my opinion about Covid known. Like I stated. You want to play the covid card and game, we can.
In the end, It was DeSantis' choice (since you few are determined to walk that path) and he made it. Other states did not.
In the end, since you few demand the covid game, it was DeSantis who went to the WH to talk about reopening and it was DeSantis that reopened in stages as talked about at the WH.
So we still going to play this?

Did DeSantis lockdown his state?
Were People arrested when they broke those mandated by the pen of DeSantis orders?
It's real simple David. What I stated was fact.
- No order from Trump to lockdown because he lacked the authority and power.
- An Order from DeSantis because HE had the authority and the power.
- No order from 7 states... who also had that power.... but choose not to use it.
They arrested and fined so many people and businesses that he had to issue a broad PARDON in 2021.

You are either ignorant or simply hard headed. DeSantis like any governor could have done whatever they wanted whenever they wanted with their respective states. Stop blaming Trump for others actions. Every state was unsure what to do about the plandemic. Trump is not a leader in infectious disease. Who was he supposed to take guidance from? You? Trump openly stated several times his opinion on medication that would help with the covid 19 virus that did not include the clot shot and was bucked at every turn. The media shut down every bit of info that was reliable on the virus and the vaccines. People were arrested for telling the truth. Trump could only make a recommendation based off what he was being told. The people who were supposed to keep you safe were lying it's pretty simple math. Your logic is if Trump told you to jump off a bridge and you did it its Trumps fault. In reality it's your fault for being a dumb arse.

How many times do I have to post this? I don’t live in Florida so I have no firsthand knowledge. You say RDS locked the state down and Floridians on here say he didn’t. And you have a history of posting bullshite, so it’s coin flip for me at this point.
My position is clear - for about the fifth time im this thread - if RDS followed Trump’s guidance and shut shite down, bad on him and I have no problem saying he deserves criticism for following Trump’s CDC/task force guidance.
Likewise, I hold Trump accountable for a much bigger role in the COVID shitshow.
