I will wait for the lawyers, but it looks like she ordered Special Master granted in part: allowing ODNI to continue their classification process.

I was just reading the prog left on twitter and they were melting even before this ruling calling her a hack judge covering for Trump.

I will bet the special master DOJ puts out will be a hack.

I imagine it will be difficult to find a true outsider with the TS clearance.

it was Trump versus DOJ<----was it not? and suddenly it is Trump versus USA.

All of this because the FBI stole all his stuff.

I was told master was a bad word and not to be used again.

I just read this in a quick scan. Is it me or does it not look good for the DOJ/FBI?

It makes it as Trump was cooperating and the Archives place cued the FBI classified documents. (this is dumb if there was as Trump didn't pack them)

In summary it appears as if Trump was working with them settling logistics and then BOOM they raided him.

Also: everyone nervously moving on to who the special master will be.

But this is a win for Trump-- because it takes the control of composing a crime out of the DOJ's hands somewhat, no?

They are very mad from the looks of it. I just can't understand how this could be a bad thing for either side though. If DOJ is hiding nothing then they should welcome this right? Would add legitimacy for some people.
