Maybe you're right. You seem to know more than I do about the dynamics. I have never heard someone refer to "defacto President Jake Sullivan" before.
I did some research. Jake Sullivan running things foreign policy wise on the behalf of the Globalists would make sense.
On the other hand, Trump had to know that this regime would do whatever necessary to keep the Ukraine money train rolling.

Sometimes it's easy to forget how much the situation there has changed, from the time Trump made that comment.
The war has escalated since then. And in so doing, could potentially be harder to resolve. Significantly.
And of course, there are those who don't want the war to end. And will obstruct as much effort to end it, as they can.

He so let’s go create more spending by going after the Panama Canal and Greenland while all of. aTO says they won’t allow it. I see this ending with Trump being put in his place by a large coalition of other nations just saying no to him and the US looking stupid.

This is one of those cases where I wanted to argue this out of emotional reaction.
But yeah, I'm more of a realist.
I don't like that this is a possibility, but I do agree that it could happen this way. And there's a lot of ramifications, if it does.
