If a person receives an unsolicited ballot , they should vote twice.

These ballots should ONLY be sent to people who request an absentee ballot.

I was assuming that the story earlier in the week where ATL church leaders were encouraging the parishioners of Macadamia Jubilation Congregation to file absentee ballots would implicitly expect them to vote in person, too.

People on twitter were bashing Barr, acting like the AG of the US should know that it's illegal to vote twice. But he's done this many times that I've seen. He will never claim to know something that he isn't familiar with or assume something is illegal. He simply says I don't know. Which is the right thing to do if you don't know something.
