Your a fricking idiot if you don’t think Trump can remain in power as long as he wants, the GOP won’t stop him, and the courts would be expanded if needed if they didn’t think they had the judicial votes
And it’s not clear cut. The 12th amendment was never with the intention of litigating the 2 term limit, because there was no term limit when it was implemented

Edit: and don't forget. Trump is currently trying to reduce the number of justices in the federal court system, not increase them.

Taft was POTUS then Chief Justice of SCOTUS. Trump could be legally nominated to a seat on the SCOTUS. The GOP could even pull one the progs fav ideas and expand the court to appoint him.
