I do recall when the Trump crew put out the message that Sidney Powell was not on the legal team representing Trump. But that was after she had been making statements that suggested she was on the team at an earlier time.
Let’s just say that from the outside, we don’t have enough information to make an informed comment on whether she was or was not Trump’s attorney.

Doesn't saying she was NOT his attorney absolutely destroy his argument that she cannot testify about plans and convesations because of lawyer - client confidentiality?
