Why would any country on earth waste their time trying to deal with Iran?

I genuinely hate the idea of sending our guys into a ground war, but if ever there was a country where it would be justified it would be Iran.
If we were justified to enter WWII, this is another perfect reason to do so.
Iran is a scourge on all of humanity.

It's an opportunity to sell more weapons and create trade partnerships with our middle east and european "allies."
We will always have a war somewhere. If nothing else it serves as a good distraction while we are fleeced domestically.
Just look at the numbers. In the last 100 years the US has been in a conflict or war for 85. We've sold over a $trillion in weapons and weapon systems since 2009. Weapons account for hundreds of billions of dollars in revenue every year.
War has been very good to us. There is no incentive for us to see things deescalate. If one region cools off, another will go hot. It's the nature of the beast.

No reason for ground troops. Trump needs to go hard. Take out some bridges, railroads, and power plants.
It needs to be done. Demolish their ability to have a functional society and let the Iranian people build it back from the ashes. Let them take responsibility for their situation.
No American blood required.

Many of the same people upvoting you are the same people who were bitching because Trump actual bombed them in the first place but somehow it’s now palatable with them
