Here's the problem: The argument against the geolocation data of the phones isn't limited to proximity. The left engaged on an all-out assault on the Republic of Strawmanistan in defense of what the cell phone data showed. They argued that nurses and Doordash drivers, et al. would have gone past the dropboxes through the course of their days and clearly THEY weren't trafficking ballots.

The data showed that there were very specific patterns of movement (all accurate within 3'-6' of the ballot dropboxes) that were consistent enough to warrant scrutiny.

The ones they designated as mules all had to:

Arrive at one of the NGOs (all coincidentally affiliated with Gap-Toothed Mammy Stacey Abrams)

Travel to one of the known dropbox locations, then

RETURN to the blue NGOs, presumably for payment.

So you have single cellphones running the same routes multiple times, supporting the theory that they arrive at the NGO to pick up ballots, travel to the dropboxes where security footage shows them fanning out the ballots like a poker hand before taking their own photo of the ballots about to enter the dropbox, then they return to the NGO, presumably for payment.

They sang the blues about how there's nothing illegal about dropping off ballots for family members, and we should be admiring these brave souls for daring to get out in the open in the face of the extinction level sniffles event that could end humanity as we know it.

Oh, and lots of this happens after dark when there's not a lot of pedestrian traffic/witnesses. This is when the D Party screeches incoherently about nurses and gig economy workers doing their thing at untraditional hours.
