That’s a traditional concept that may well not work out as it has been expected to in the past. Dems are in potentially significant trouble with their own Democrat voters. November 9th could perhaps be an unprecedented type election for those types of reasons.

Well Trump killed conservatism and replaced it with big government authoritarianism. He ran trillion dollar deficits, had the government pick winners and losers in the private sector, used the department of justice as his own personal political law firm and ended his Presidency attempting to end our democracy and remain in power as an authoritarian dictator.
Thank god for Mike Pence or our Democracy could have ended.

Also, you need to draw districts with realistic population numbers instead of packing all minorities into one district just to guarantee a certain outcome.
For example, black population growth in Louisiana may require a second second majority/minority district. Why not balance the 2 minority districts with a delicate balance of 51/49 instead of districts with 80-90% minorities which you have to gerrymander the districts and pull all the minority population centers with thin districts. Just look at our current districts in the river parishes where you have some parishes that have 3 congressmen.
