You bet, in fact, they seriously believe that they're so much more enlightened than anyone and everyone else that they possess the "authority" to set the "definition" or "truth" at issue. And of course if you don't line up with or agree with their definition or truth, you're a liar. That's their basis for lie accusations. Oftentimes their truths are moving targets as well, when necessary.
