Catch up .....To curb spending about half of DC needs to be sent home. Not to work from home ......get damned jobs in the private sector and go to work.

It could work, if Americans are truly willing to work. Massive infrastructure initiatives is key. The question is what % is willing to or can even meet the required discipline of consistent employment. I don’t think most can cut it. Albeit HighTech lends the possibility of a much shorter work week. Who knows, but we’ll find out soon.
