I think he held his own.

I think the only time I was frustrated was question from the preacher from Philly asking about when was America great for African Americans. Trump kept going back to income and unemployment before Covid, which was great, but I think he could have handled that a bit better.

I think if he had said something along the lines of "Make America Great Again" means to bring the country back to a time when we were leading the world in manufacturing, energy production, entrepreneurship and invention. Now it is true that in those times there were groups of people who were still hurting, but now as we bring America back to that level of greatness, we want all of our people to experience that. A rising tide lifts all boats, and so as we bring jobs back to America, all Americans, African American, Asian American, Latino, whites, all benefit from it.
