I'm wondering how that is possible.

Another geographic faux pas.. I can walk to three grocery stores, one is literally next door to me.

What “geographic faux pas”?

You live in Alaska. Groceries in the most populated parts of Alaska still tend to run higher than other parts of the US, remote parts are even higher.

You’re bent out of shape over the price of candy bars, were they priced lower for Halloween?

Sometimes. Depends on the supply chain. We get many barges from Seattle, not much different than road transportation, just a day or so longer.

Fuel is the only thing that has gone down this year. The reason for this is less people are driving and demand is low. If the economy continues at its current trajectory, shits gonna start breaking pretty soon. It's crazy what shite cost these days. By year four, Trump might be begging the Mexicans to come back. It was all predictable.

That sounds like an Alaska problem. I haven't seen anything close to that in La.

Also, per your picture 15.5% of your increase this week was for the Hershey's chocolate bars.

I checked about 40 random items not on my list.

This may shock the very average people who post here, but you can easily do this online yourself weekly

I looked at the things I usually get on my weekly run online and everything is the same

The increased avocado costs already happened about a week ago
