Trump lawyer: Manhattan DA won't charge former President Trump

It has been widely reported that those perks included cars and apartments and appear to only involve a small number of executives.
“We asked, ‘Is there anything else?’” Fischetti told POLITICO. “They said, ‘No.’”
“It’s crazy that that’s all they had,” he added.

Vance has spent years investigating the Trump Organization. His team went to the Supreme Court to get authorization to seize Trump’s personal tax returns — meaning his investigators know more than just about anyone about the former president’s finances.
The Washington Post reported last month that Vance’s office convened a grand jury to decide whether or not to bring charges against the Trump Organization or Trump himself.

b) he made a deal with them he wouldn't run for President.
I am going with 'a' and 'b' because we all know they can and would compose a crime and indict a ham sandwich. If a deal was made good for Trump---I only say there could have been a deal---- because usually they have no problem committing prosecutorial misconduct

They were going after Trump because his CFO got perks of cars and apartments. This is ridiculous and is not against the law. CEO's of companies get this in severance pay when they frick up. Didn't the one bank do this with their top dogs even when customers accounts were used? Wells Fargo?

I have a company car and they pay for my corporate apartment when I am working away from home for an extended period of time.
Hell, I even get a bonus once a year and Spot Awards from time to time when I overachieve.
I understand the difference in the "perks" they may be referring to. But C'Mon Man, that's some nit-picky shite!

This is the same as it always is: a fishing expedition to get trump, but if we can’t get him, we’re going to run his name through the mud and have our propagandists make it seem as if he’s guilty anyways, even if he’s not.

Notice: this won't be a huge splashy headline. They can't use the mans taxes against him ever again. His taxes for a particular year were released and they were innocuous.

They want to Manafort Trump so badly.
Will they still use muh Trump's taxes? My fear is imagine all of their named Get Trump, Gaetz et al... programs names.
Remember Dan Rather saying Trump is a sitting duck in the White House with a hurricane churning? Then we found out about Crossfire Hurricane?
They are so untouchable they name their political spying alinsky hatchet jobs.
