She is not a good lawyer but she is obviously good at self promotion and networking for clients. They don't teach those skills in law school but many law firm bottom-liners will tell you those are the most important skills to have.

If you can’t understand what she’s saying by when they modify the terms and everything is the same, we can’t help you.
If you buy a house and change from a 30 year loan to a 15 year loan, you still bought the house.
If you put $175 million cash bond in a money market account, but then update the term so that only the bond holder can access the funds, you still have put up a $175 million cash bond.
Nothing changed except some functionally irrelevant term.

Seems spot on but begs the question why Trump hired her as a trial lawyer.
