I haven't given anyone the benefit of the doubt. I repeatedly said "IF TRUE...." No doubt, Homan was targeted as have other Trump supporters, but malicious prosecution would be very hard to prove here.

While I agree with you in spirit, the left doesn’t play by the same set of rules. When is the last time you recall someone on the left being accused by the right, and the left said “OK, we’ll try him”…? They circle the wagons and scream “Racist! Homophobe! Oh my God that sounds horrible. Before Homan was in the admin he may have taken money to help groups get contracts in the Trump admin.
