Why on earth would you still give the Biden deep state any benefit of the doubt here?

I haven't given anyone the benefit of the doubt. I repeatedly said "IF TRUE...." No doubt, Homan was targeted as have other Trump supporters, but malicious prosecution would be very hard to prove here.

Anyhow, thanks Vacherie for the discussion. Gotta run.

Why don’t we try holding ourselves to a higher standard than the left?

Let them be the hypocrites.

While I agree with you in spirit, the left doesn’t play by the same set of rules. When is the last time you recall someone on the left being accused by the right, and the left said “OK, we’ll try him”…? They circle the wagons and scream “Racist! Homophobe! Bigot!” But you want us to do their dirty work for them. EFF that. They dug this pit. frick ‘em. Let them see how shitty it is to be on the receiving end for once. Playing by our own set of rules got us Vietnam…how did that turn out?

CK’s assaination has opened my eyes to just how vile some of those people can be.

Just for the sake of argument, let’s just say Homan is 100% guilty of this.

I don’t give one flying shite.

You know why?

The Biden DOJ let the Biden family get away with so much shite that it’s frightening.

Good, I’m glad Tom is 50K richer. I’m sad he didn’t get more.

You don't actually care about corruption, you just care about how it effects your "team". Gotcha

Sounds like it wasn’t very hard at all considering the case was closed.

If he was a private citizen at the time, what's the issue?

DOJ/FBI looked into it and determined "no reasonable prosecutor" would take the case.

So, what's the problem?

So a degenerate liberal then. Got it.

Lol. I'm human. So, I hope the Lord will forgive me for the delay.

The late Justice Scalia was my law school professor AND a lawyer, was he a "degenerate liberal?" Clarence Thomas is a lawyer. Is he a "degenerate liberal?"

You and those on this Board who support your mad ravings are at least amusing. Enjoy the Lord's Day.

Oh my God that sounds horrible. Before Homan was in the admin he may have taken money to help groups get contracts in the Trump admin.

It happens daily, there are all sorts of companies consulting on how to procure govt contracts and providing key introductions.

It’s not illegal.

I know nothing of the story, just commenting on who the OP only cares about wrongdoing when it's from the opposite political side

Or the case was closed for political considerations...as with Eric Adams.

Why would you assume this and not the scenario where it was just more lawfare?

What’s more plausible considering the history and reputation of the Biden/Obama deep state?

People aren’t taking this stuff seriously anymore and it’s not because they love MAGA. It’s because the sky was never falling and chicken little has shown his arse.

I haven't assumed it. I'm just saying we don't know the facts yet.

It seems like you’re going in with a “guilty until proven innocent” mindset, here Counselor.
