What are you talking about? I did not say Trump's statement was "the right thing." I'm not defending it or grading it. In my opinion, there would be a momentary mental tendency to lash out at your critics.
Trump does it verbally instead of not doing it...hence the subject title: Trump says what (some) people would be thinking. I don't believe I see a grade on Trump's statement anywhere in the subject title.

What did Rob Reiner say about Charlie Kirk's death? Interesting that you should ask, because Piers Morgan asked the same thing in a recent interview. Reiner said:
