First I've heard of a reimbursement, what a crock of shite. Just level with the people and say we are going to build and pay for the damned thing. Any sane individual knows Mexico isn't, if he could just be honest about it he wouldn't look so bad backtracking.

I'm discouraged to see you guys not realize anyone of any political affiliation or walk of life recognizes bullshite when they see it.
