What took so long? Activist judges blocking the admin?
How many people would even fricking know that a law from almost 150 years ago was still on the books, or what the provisions of that law include? Honestly, the fact they even found a way to curb the flow, given the fact that the current Republican controlled congress is hot garbage and won't do shite is actually amazing.
