As a conservative, I have to admit that this Harvard issue bothers me. You have to understand that the US government started funding research in colleges after WWII. The idea is that the US government can benefit from this cutting edge research. What happens when the US pulls out and the EU or China steps in and funds research at elite private institutions? Is that better? What happens when the next Democratic president pulls LSU's nonprofit status because they don't have a DEI office? Cooler heads need to prevail here.

Actually, i think that Harvard will outlive Trump. Whatever Trump is doing right now will go away as soon as he does.
