Since the whole line from the democrats regarding the dreamers is:

"We can't toss these people out who have never known another country, they can't be blamed for the actions of their parents..."

Trump should say fine, we will allow any "dreamers" who are under the age of 25, with no other criminal records to remain inside the United States with permanent legal status. But not citizens and they dont have the right to vote or receive any government assistance.

Then see how the democrats handle that. Their goal is voters but they deny that and say its more of a humanitarian need.

So let them stay, pay taxes, not vote and no ebt. That gives the democrats what they say they want while denying their true goals... voters...
