Stop treating politics as a team sport. You end up saying stupid shite.
Presidents do not arrest these people. Trump didn't have him arrested, it's dumb to even remotely look at this like that. In order for a President to order or be involved in such things, they'd have to be the ones who know about it in the first place etc. It's just a matter of when it happened.
The people who cover it up and let him off easy etc, that's another story and part of what needs to be uncovered.
I don't give a frick about democrat presidents either. It seems like the Clinton's should both be in jail for a number of reason, Epstein included.

You don’t think the President has influence over what the DOJ does? Good Lord. What about other divisions? I can absolutely tell you the IRS stopped pursuing certain tax court and federal tax cases depending upon the executive.
I can’t even imagine the difference in immigration court.

Having influence and making direct day to day decisions for the DOJ are completely different things.
Trump had nothing to do with the arrest. If he even knew about the arrest it's more likely a result of having known him in the past than any direct role in things.
Epstein was found by an independent investigation into sex trafficking with the the NY district of the US Attorney's office and some FBI.
Take a civics class.
