Trump goes after Biden's "Equity Agenda"

Good for Trump. I hope all candidates come out and bash this racist and unconstitutional scheme by
Biden.

Trump is obviously reading my campaign materials - ten days ago I posted a video about this. As I state in my video, I will sign an EO at my inauguration to dismantle every bit of Biden's "equity agenda". In Trump's video he says he will do the same.

Executive Order on The Unconstitutionality of the Equity Agenda

In the Executive Branch, all forms of justice, equity, and rights will stem from the Constitution, only. This is the constitutional obligation of the federal government. Going beyond this is unconstitutional.

These items cannot be pinned to others such as climate, environment, or anything else. To do so is unconstitutional.

Such attempts, loosely referred to as an "equity agenda", are discriminatory.

Effective immediately, all budget lines pertaining to the "equity agenda" are suspended and may not be executed. Funds may not be dispersed or spent. Personnel dedicated to these agenda items are no longer permitted to enter government property or login to government computer networks or perform any work or communication on behalf of the US government. This will remain in effect until further notice from the Office of the President of the United States.

The Attorney General will communicate with the President immediately regarding all personnel, offices, funds, policies, and actions that may or may not be tied to the "equity agenda". The legitimacy and constitutionality of these items will be jointly determined on a case-by-case basis, and the President will have the final say if there is disagreement. Without an explicit approval, in writing, none of these items are presumed to be legitimate activities of the US government.
