Philbin is wrecking shite. He is like having a Lawrence Taylor sacking the QB on every play and then just calmly walking back to set up again.

I've also enjoyed Trump's team quoting the Federalist Papers.

This is a good example of why it's so important to read the Federalist Papers and Anti-Federalist Papers to truly understand the reasoning behind the Founders and why this country was created the way it was.

Not shiny(loud) enuff to keep the dims attention, using too many big words so they're prolly nodding off.

But hes succinctly parsing the law and the consequences to the majority Senate.

Outstanding...

I refuse to accept that you truly believe what you typed.

Not even really "arguments". He is stating actual facts.

This guy is doing a superb job on the facts of how they didn't vote so they didn't have subpoena rights by not legally voting for impeachment; and want others to do their work.

This guy will appeal to Collins. Soft spoken but no politics just the facts ma'am.

Very glad someone is finally pointing out that Trump never defied subpoenas because the House had NO RIGHT TO DO SO without a legitimate impeachment inquiry vote in front of the entire House.

Pretty basic. And now "obstruction of Congress" as a charge is gone.

He obliterated the charge.

He did it with, it’s not obstruction of justice if you are using legal avenues available to you under the constitution.

However, he has continued to pound it into submission.
