Time to end the circus. Mitch needs to shut it down.

Jerry Nadler voted AGAINST aid to Ukraine.

Zoe Lofgren voted AGAINST aid to Ukraine.

Hakeem Jeffries voted AGAINST aid to Ukraine.

The hypocritical Democrats have never cared about Ukraine.

They only care about taking down our President! #FixIt LINK

Could somebody please give me a synopsis of 1) what's happened today, and 2) where this circus stands now? I've been out-of-pocket all day.

TIA

Both sides have rested.

Mitch is trying to work out the deal to end this as quickly as possible. (at the moment I'm leaning to no new witnesses and a couple days of floor debate)

Why does he have to “work out” a deal? Why can he just tell them when the vote will be?

Everybody’s going to make a speech about the reason for their vote. This will go on for days.

Lawyers shouldn't ask questions they don't already know the answer to, and congressional leaders shouldn't call for votes they don't already know the outcome of.

I believe this vote will be for/against witnesses and they vote on the articles next week.
