Schiff is so fricking disingenuous. The correct remedy to arguments that the WH can't be subpoenaed is to argue in court that they can be. Multiple issues are heard all the time during one court case.

This has dominated the news. Rand Paul is a hero. His question did not have the WB's name in it.
Roberts only acts to protect what needs not protected: or last week, when Collins sends his desk a note because Penguin said they were all committing treason if they didn't remove Trump.
