Motions to dismiss after the prosecution ends their case is almost always denied.

These idiots know it will be overturned on appeal and knew it when they brought the charges. They don't care, as the only purpose for this joke of a trial is to interfere with a POTUS candidate's ability to campaign and attempt to railroad some bullshite charge in front of a biased jury to influence low IQ people into thinking OMB will be the 2nd coming of Hitler.

They have 100% confidence that this garbage will be overturned on appeal, but by that time the election will have passed, and their goal will have been achieved if they can convince that jury to "get him".

Hopefully at least one of the two lawyers on this jury have a semblance of integrity and will call "bullshite" on this sham when deliberations start.
