Again you don't understand this because:

1. You are clearly not very bright. No offense, but it's true.

2. You can only see this as a populist. Which means, to you, the #1 most important thing about the original tweet is who said it and shouting them down. No matter what they said.

To someone who doesn't play by the cardinal rule of Us vs Them, I'm more interested (by a long shot) in the substance of the claim, not who made it.

I don't know whether it's unconstitutional for Trump to do this or not. It sounds like it very well might be.

Now to you, that doesn't make any difference at all. You don't care whether it's constitutional or not. All you care about is that someone said Trump shouldn't be able to do something he wants to do.

Just like it doesn't make any difference to me who said it or that it's Trump who might not get to do something he wants to do if it is unconstitutional and the constitution wins out. And you know why? Because if the constitution prevents Trump for doing it, it also prevents Kamala Harris or Gavin Newsome or anybody else from doing it.
