This is a weird election. It will be the first where there will essentially be no campaigning.
Barring COVID, Trump would have held 2-3 rallies already in Michigan.
Travel and campaigning are difficult in this environment, especially in states with Democrat governors like Michigan. (And Pennsylvania) (And Wisconsin)

Totally agree but his campaign is still inept.
If you can't host the huge rallies then host something small in a gym or outside. Live stream it and have millions watch.
I don't get why that's not being done. Kushner thinks telerallies with trump talking on the phone will work....
One of the reasons trump won in 2016 because outworked his opponent. He can still do that even in covid.
I keep harping on his Tulsa and mt Rushmore speeches. That shite should literally be repeated every single week in ever swing state in some capacity. If he does that he would win. Because that messaging is impossible for the media to spin and trump would own the narrative again.

If so, one must assume that only applies to local cable providers. National ad buys airing on satellite television and any other national platform would likely not be suspended.

At this point in 2016 he had 40 rallies..
So far he's only had 2 (Tulsa and Mt Rushmore)
He had 135 rallies total in 2016.
