Also, part of the reason traffic is so shitty everywhere is because of the 30 million+ illegals that can't read or speak english clogging up the left lanes and driving like dumbasses.

DOT needs to perform a 2 minute interview of EVERY driver at all weight stations for English speaking and reading. Can do it in the truck for quick vetting. Any verbal or reading stumbles and pulled in for closer examination.
