I understand from interviews w/ officials, this happens to various degrees in all states. It is an interesting tell, however, that red states have been working with the administration to clean up reported fraud.

But for the blue states? Just another grift/ theft on the nations piggy bank, otherwise known as 'the taxpayer'.

I voted for this.

Here's the solution: Stop ALL spending on these suspect organizations. Every red cent going to an "NGO" needs to stop.

Institute a moratorium on all discretionary spending to NGOs for a year.

On Day 366, let them begin reapplying, but every application will be rigorously vetted.

I'm willing to bet that the ones who truly need the funding and are still around will clear the hurdles, while the rest will have miraculously discovered the magic of their own employability elsewhere.
