No she is very much dead due to a heart arhythmia that caused her to lose consciousness and when she did she hit the corner of her desk which killed her. Both the coroner and the police chief agreed that the death was accidental and no foul play involved.
Plus if you would go the conspiracy route, what did Scarborough have to gain from killing her? At the time of the incident, he had previously announced that he was not running again for his Congressional seat.

Is there any credible evidence to suggest that Joe Scarborough murdered Lori Klausitis ? Joe Scarborough was not even in his district according to news reports when it happened.....he flew in after hearing the news.
Was there any evidence or proof of an affair between Scarborough and Klausitis?
You do know that Klausitis was in a coma as a teen due to a major head injury?
You do know from the record that the day before she had mentioned to co-workers that she had not been feeling well.
Berkland's findings on the cause of death have been found to be credible by independent sources and the Police Chief was in agreement
Look I'm not a big fan of Scaborough's show or his take on things, but I won't accuse a guy of murder especially when most of the important evidence suggests otherwise....contrary to your assertion that the head was bashed in, it was not, very little bruising.
Sometimes otherwise healthy people just drop dead....see Pete Maravich and Tim Russert

It also said he flew back after he found out about her death. But she was discovered by a couple that had an appointment that morning with Scarborough. So he was in DC while these people were waiting for him for an appointment?
