This isn't true. Horowitz specifically testified that his "no bias" was for the OPENING of the investigation, which involved George P and Mifsud.
Horowitz answer regarding bias and Page FISAs

And there was no bias "found" in the Flynn investigation.
No one believes this. Certainly no one on our side. And on your side, it's probably about 70/30 - 70 knowing there was but is okay with it because that's "your" side and you think you own the IC and it can never be turned against you. The other 30 are complete idiots.

James Baker ( not sure if it was him)....in testimony, admitted to NOT READING/VERFYING the woods file for each FISA in this scam. HE ADMITTED TO NOT READING THEM AND THAT WAS HIS JOB BEFORE APPROVING THE FISA
