do you not care about payments on the national debt?
I care much more about reigning in reckless spending than I do about finding a cheaper credit card.

Home loans are too expensive. Why do you pretend not to know the answer to your own question?
The answer there is lowering prices.
Lowering rates would increase prices.

We need to cut spending.

I usually don’t look at a poster’s name when I’m scrolling through responses. But, when I read something that’s just completely f*cking moronic I’ll sometimes take a look and see who posted it.
Why is it that 9 out of f*cking 10 times these retarded f*cking posts are always made by SlowF*ckingPinhead?
Seriously, you just cannot be THIS F*CKING STUPID.
Nowhere in your flailing was anything close to an answer

Why do you want to saddle your children and grandchildren with unsustainable hosing prices and debt? Seems very boomer of you.

If you really don’t know the answer, then you are WAY TOO F*CKING STUPID to even respond to.

Try to sell your house lately? You practically can't do it because of the rates
Naw people just want more house than they can afford. Current rates are similar to what was available when I bought my first home in 2005. It’s nice to be able to make a meager return on savings again. Low rates led to inflation and skyrocketing home prices. They need to remain steady for a few years at least.

The crisis is that prices are too high
Lowering rates doesnt make that better

That's funny. You acted like Trump's tariffs measures were going to wreck the econnomy.
Did I miss your post where you acknowledged being wrong, dumbass?

The hilarity here is that the evil boomers have massively inflated home values and these dummies don’t want to allow them to come down.
Posted on 7/30/25 at 2:32 pm to SlowFlowPro
quote:And they got that high because of inflation with higher interest rates
Correct
Posted on 7/30/25 at 2:32 pm to SlowFlowPro

Why do we need to lower rates?
Because its over restricted. You can read the artcile from Waller on why

Normal ppl want the economy to be more than fine. We like winning

So this is what it took for you to admit that?
I bet that hurt for you to say it.
But it could do even better with a half point cut. Then see how it goes.

Wrong again. Your histrionics are hilarious.
You're mixing me up with Rog.
I said it would increase prices and be less efficient, not "wreck" the economy.
