I care much more about reigning in reckless spending than I do about finding a cheaper credit card.

Home loans are too expensive. Why do you pretend not to know the answer to your own question?

The answer there is lowering prices.

Lowering rates would increase prices.

I usually don’t look at a poster’s name when I’m scrolling through responses. But, when I read something that’s just completely f*cking moronic I’ll sometimes take a look and see who posted it.

Why is it that 9 out of f*cking 10 times these retarded f*cking posts are always made by SlowF*ckingPinhead?

Seriously, you just cannot be THIS F*CKING STUPID.

Try to sell your house lately? You practically can't do it because of the rates

Naw people just want more house than they can afford. Current rates are similar to what was available when I bought my first home in 2005. It’s nice to be able to make a meager return on savings again. Low rates led to inflation and skyrocketing home prices. They need to remain steady for a few years at least.

That's funny. You acted like Trump's tariffs measures were going to wreck the econnomy.

Did I miss your post where you acknowledged being wrong, dumbass?

The hilarity here is that the evil boomers have massively inflated home values and these dummies don’t want to allow them to come down.

So this is what it took for you to admit that?

I bet that hurt for you to say it.

But it could do even better with a half point cut. Then see how it goes.

Wrong again. Your histrionics are hilarious.

You're mixing me up with Rog.

I said it would increase prices and be less efficient, not "wreck" the economy.
