Don’t bother. These guys think he’s fully human but fasted for 40 days which is proven to be literally scientifically impossible.
You don't even know the science, and yet you state it's not scientifically possible. You can live up to two months without food if you drink enough water.

They also think it was a sacrifice to be tortured for 3 days and go back to heaven. Like a rich kid who spent the summer in Haiti and comes back to Audubon Place and talks like he knows what it’s like to be poor to his rich friends.
Jesus lived His entire life here in poverty. And then willingly allowed Himself to be killed in the most painful and slow way imaginable, when He could have stopped it. I don't think you know what sacrifice means. And I don't think you know anything about Jesus.
This would be the time to start learning and getting to know Him.

I believe the best guess we have for Jesus's birth is 5 B.C. or at least that's what my religious studies professor liked to say. Tough to pin things like that down when no dates are given in the Bible and, even if they were, the calendars and time keeping were substantially different.
Quite a bit longer if you are drinking "caloric" drinks like fruit juices, milk, coconut water, etc.
I also read somewhere, but never really looked into it, that Jewish "fasting" still allows certain unprocessed foods to be eaten at certain times of the day?

40 days isn't literal. Do you really think the majority of events in the Bible happened in time frames of 3, 7, or 40? They are symbolic numbers.
quote:
Mentioning 146 times in Scripture, the number 40 generally symbolizes a period of testing, trial or probation.
quote:
The number forty can also represent a generation of man.

A little research helps keep you from showing your ignorance.

I thought it was 23, but could be 33. Half the Bible was written about JC, but they weren’t very clear on dates.
Luke 3:23 - Jesus was about 30 years old when he started his ministry.

If you attach Jesus's birth to the Slaughter of the Innocents when Herod targeted the under 2 male children of Judea. Herod died in 4 BC so it would have to be 4 BC or before.
The issue comes up when you try and tie in a Roman census under Governor Quirinius that Luke 2:2 (I think). Rome kept good records, this happened in 6 AD.
The history between Herod's death and Rome's take over of an unstable Judea after his sons screwed it up is well documented. To attach Jesus's birth to those two events is extremely sloppy for anyone who lived in the area during that time and raises a lot of questions.
Itd be akin to me and you writing that Jesus's birth was centered around the 1992 LA riots and also 9/11.
