In case this was directed at me, I'll answer. I've learned through the years (being prior enlisted and now an officer) not to answer something that directly affects someone's career with an emotional or too simple a response... such as "no chance."

I want to make sure I back my answer up with facts, that way I give the best answer/advice as possible. There are way too many "dormroom lawyers" that think they know everything, when in fact they are completely clueless. I'm not talking about straightcashhomey21 here, just talking in general. I've seen people's careers ended over advice they've received from the wrong people.

To make a long story short, someone's career is too important for them to get advice based on opinions. It must be backed up by facts.

Speaking of which Im going to start looking into that very soon. Issue is I had not so great grades b/c I partied way to hard my first two years. But that was back in 2008 when I finished shcool, and since I enlisted ive been wreaking shop. I'll be putting on Staff at the end of my 4th year.

But I'm worried I still might be screwed getting an OTS slot.
