When Barr resigns in disgrace we need someone like Homan leading the department. Who cares he’s not a lawyer he can delegate all the lawyering to ODAG / OSAG.

He is not an attorney. May not be a technical requirement, such as it is also to be a SCOTUS Justice, but we need a prosecutor. I like Homan as an enforcer, but we need a brutal prosecutor who has an extensive record of convicting and locking up the bad guys.
